Timisoara 21K, hereinafter referred to as the website, is initiated and administered by SPORTGURU ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as „We”, „Our”, „Ours”, ” or „Administrator”).

The Terms and Conditions set forth the rules that apply to the use of the Website and its Services that we make accessible to Users (hereinafter referred to as „You”, „Yours”, „Yourself”, or „User”) .

The purpose of the website is to give users access to information about the Timisoara 21K event and to build an online community around it.

Use of the website is made using your own identity / email address, and the impersonation of another person may result in the deletion of added content, the deletion / blocking of the fake account, and in case of damages to members of the community, website team or website, the data will be provided to the Police and the investigative bodies.

Rights and obligations of users
